The PTC-7100 single-phase electric energy meter high voltage test bench is suitable for the high voltage test of single-phase electric energy meter. At the same time, high voltage test bench can also test other meters.

The PTC-7100 single-phase electric energy meter high voltage test bench changes the traditional high voltage test method. It can simultaneously test 0-N pieces single-phase electric energy meters. Each position uses a spring crimp type quick connector, which can not the tighten screws and wiring, thereby reducing the workload of the operator and improving work efficiency. And it also equipped with a special high voltage tester.

The high voltage types of PTC-7100 single-phase electric energy meter high voltage test bench are: 1. Voltage and current test between shells; 2. Trip auxiliary terminal test between shells. Each meter position has its own high voltage indication (using sound and light alarm), and each meter position has independent leakage current detection, breakdown alarm, high voltage automatic cut-off function.

The PTC-7100 single-phase electric energy meter high voltage test bench has a novel and unique shape and it is easy to use. The body of bench is made of cold gadolinium steel plate and is sprayed with folded edges; the bench is firm and durable. It also has the advantages as below: reasonable internal layout, convenient operation and easy maintenance. The circuit of the bench is provided with protective measures. When the object is blocked on the light curtain, the high voltage meter cannot be turned on and there is no high voltage output.
